By starting service with Poop Dudes, you agree to the following:
• Please provide safe and reliable access to all areas being serviced. Gates must be unlocked or access instructions provided on your scheduled service day. If we are unable to access the yard, the scheduled visit may still be charged.
• For everyone's safety, please secure dogs that may be aggressive, protective, or uncomfortable with unfamiliar people entering the yard. Poop Dudes reserves the right to skip service if our team determines that conditions are unsafe.
• Please let us know if the number of dogs at the property changes, as pricing is based in part on the number of dogs being serviced.
• Recurring service will continue at the selected frequency until paused or canceled. If you will not need service for a period of time, such as during travel, please contact us in advance.
• Weather, excessive heat, unsafe conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may require us to delay or reschedule service. We will make every reasonable effort to complete service as soon as possible.
• Pricing is based on the information provided during signup. Excessive pet-waste buildup, unusually large service areas, or conditions substantially different from those provided during signup may require an additional charge. We will communicate any significant additional charge before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining their property, gates, landscaping, irrigation systems, and other yard features in reasonably safe condition. Poop Dudes is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that are not reasonably visible during normal service.
• Payment is due according to the payment method and billing schedule selected at signup. Any outstanding balance remains due after service is canceled.
• Pricing and service terms may change from time to time. Existing recurring customers will be notified in advance of material pricing changes.
• Either the customer or Poop Dudes may cancel recurring service. Please provide notice before your next scheduled visit to avoid being charged for a service already scheduled or performed.
